4. He's an insurrectionist. He belongs off the ballot

The Constitution is clear. Anyone who either engages in insurrection or rebellion must be DQd without 2/3 of both houses of Congress overruling. And he's not going to get 2/3 of either house of Congress.

Only question is, will repukes twist the Constitution to deny the obvious, a riot in furtherance of a still ongoing insurrection?
