When I 1st read OP subject my 1st thought was good for PA taxpayers.

Then I listened to my own advice, to pay attn to what is not said.

I then realized they were going to follow Illinois' system with the Ez Pass.

Ever think about how ridiculous it is for them to place a physcal barrier in the middle of the interstate just to rape your pockets.

I'll bet the mofos had a good laugh on the irony.
