2. It must be nice to live in the blue spot in Tennessee.

I had to go down to Tennessee two summers ago to drop my son off for his Oak Ridge internship. It's a beautiful state.

It appears though that the Knoxville area is pretty Republican, at least from what I read. My son told me that the people he worked with were politically liberal, but they were scientists, probably a bit of a bubble in that district.

I did notice that in my son's apartment complex there was a guy with a huge Trump flag covering his window. It was a little odd, because the very nice woman who owns the complex and rents to student interns was Chinese.

I'd guess that Ms. Bradshaw doesn't have much of a chance; or else we would have heard more of her here.

I have a good friend over in the Science forum who's from Alabama. He says it is now possible that Doug Jones might win.
