I'm pretty thankful they haven't built on it yet! Although their building site is way up on a hill, they probably wouldn't have been able to get in or out. I've been there and I'm pretty sure the road is/was underwater.

She found out a couple of days ago that two of the bodies fished out of the river were the woman who drove the van to her high school in Knoxville and the woman's husband. She's pretty upset.
