They are a deep red area. According to the article 120 other counties had reportable damage. I’m not sure if it was Harris county is blue or incompetence. According to power outages US 1.5 million customers still don’t have power. A lot of that area is red counties.

Yesterday I traveled from deep red Conroe Tx. To Louisiana. No electricity from there to well past IH 69. All deep red areas with tfg flags and vendors selling them by the side of the road
