6. I'm sort of glad about the avocado toast

It is my understanding that indigenous peoples who had depended on avocados as cheap good sources of sustenance can no longer depend on them.

Avocados were cheap until westerners discovered them and had to have them because of their penchant for novelty.

So avocados for people who need them, want them, and can easily get them seems like a good thing ------ versus westerners feeling that "all your good stuff are mine."

Forgive my hyperbole if you can.
