2. I honestly don't know what will happen

I think it's interesting - tbh, I don't have much of an opinion, right now.

Of course these are very democratic places - overwhelmingly so (with or without non-citizen voting).
So, proponents are right - in that this really is more about who gets a say in local issues.

These aren't the only places that allow for non-citizen voting (there are, apparently, 10 other places nationally).
