🧵Last night, @GovernorVA Youngkin sent down an anti-abortion budget amendment he is hoping YOU don’t notice. It strips essential funding from lower-income pregnant people & families that receive a “gross & total incapacitating fetal anomaly diagnosis.”

This is a CRUEL & CALLOUS attack on a family facing a tragic pregnancy at their most vulnerable moment. This is also about taking power & control away from a family's personal, private medical decision. STUNNING! #AbortionIsHealthcare
