While there I looked at the sample ballot for my district. There is a local election for the Stafford School board, but one thing I did notice was the sample ballot did not list any sort of party affiliation. I got the two candidates names and plan to research both before going to early vote next week. Suggest if you live in Virginia and you county has candidates vying for School Board seats, do some research before going to the polls or filling out your mail-in ballot.
