Is anyone surprised?

(For those who have not read the full article, a couple of Democratic judges were cited for not paying taxes on their use of state vehicles for official travel. Both have paid their back taxes. The Republican has loudly proclaimed that he has done nothing wrong, and then shut up about the whole thing. What is it about Republicans and graft?)
