West Virginia Supreme Court Squashes Publicly Funded Campaigns

It’s yet another example of the precedent set by the US Supreme Court’s Citizens United v. FEC decision."

We have two candidates for president, on the ballot in over half the states, that have qualified for and accepted Federal Election Commission matching campaign funds. Let's get them in the debates! What good are publicly funded campaign funds if the candidates are allowed to be silenced by the private presidential debate commission.
