Go in person to Job Services offices and get this fixed: IN PErSON.
Don't rely on a phone call... bring legal ID docs so they can coy them.
Fill out forms, as they will be needed.

Take the small amount of time to fix something that vould affect you for years and fix this in person.

Knew someome in same boat. The in person fix was what they did and it blocked alot of future mistakes from even happening.
