that Wisconsin lags in alcohol safety. Their office is a small building on the southeast corner of Fish Hatchery and the Beltline in Madison.

The other reason is because transportation costs such as Uber are high and enforcement against bars and other sellers is low.

As for myself, i believe i am 4 Years in the clear.
