Looking For Info: What Is The Going Rate For A Realtor Commish On A Sale Of Lake Property In N.Wisc? [View all]

I am considering selling a piece of lakefront property on a chain of lakes north of Eau Claire and am wondering what realtor's are charging for commission these days?

Also - are such properties selling up there?

Any info would be appreciated.
