3. Outside of Dane County masks are virtually non-existent!

Traveled from Madison up to the UP this past Tuesday. Stopped once in WI (potty break) not a mask in sight, although we were masked. Up in the UP everyone was masked!

This will never end with the mentality we’re dealing with!
