the electoral count act: if a state refuses to certify their vote, the total is subtracted from that needed to win, it isn’t subtracted from the winners total per say.

Needed to win with all states counted 270. If WI retracted their votes the total then needed to win would become 260.

Pure grand standing from a typical gqp creep!
