2. And of course, they are NOT our representatives because of gerrymandering

They do not represent the majority of the state. More votes for Dem candidates statewide, and yet, they control 2/3 of the Legislature. And they have no trouble taking away that same control from democratically elected school boards...they want to dissolve Milwaukee Public Schools, have put forth a raft of bills that force school boards to adopt the teaching they want us to do, and pull money out of our schools up to and including sitting on a statewide surplus while they give the schools no increase in aid. They want to control everything. If this was not a Dem governor, they would not put forth this bill.
