Does not like Libs voting. Mail in voting is mostly Libs. So make it impossible for the Libs to turn in their ballots. So then the Lib votes don't get counted. Mission Accomplished.

How is this not election tampering ? If serious repercussions are not enacted this bullshit will continue and run rampant.
