UCP wins in rural areas. NDP in cities.

(Later) 72 of the tabulators out of 250 are not working. This is a major mess up. They have to hand count. This may take a while. Don't know that they have enough people at voting polls to hand count. Hand count is how it is usually done in Canada and results come in within 2 hours usually, often sooner.

(Later) The tabulators are working. UCP won. Damn.
