And a payment plan where the savings, of heat pumps vs. oil heating, are used to pay off the cost of installing the pump for everyone else in Atlantic Canada. Says carbon pricing has not resulted in enough people converting away from oil. Some big oil people are going to be very mad. Go Trudeau.
