who retire in some other province or territory. Serms obvious they would have to. Alberta has a huge boom/bust economy which get economic migrants from other provinces when times are good. Then they move back to Nova Scotia or wherever when there is a bust. I would assume it happens way more frequently with workers in Alberta than with any other province. I wonder who will pay those pensions.

Alberta benefits from the supply of educated workers from the rest of Canada. They don't have to support them when they are no jobs. Alberta always says they get a raw deal from Canada but really they are lucky.

I wonder if such a crazy Alberta Pension plan will scare off said out of province workers.
