Hold the debate anyway. Broadcast on all national networks. Do not even acknowledge the absence of the conservatives. And when Stevie and the boys panic and want another debate later to include them..... screw 'em. Let them have their own debate on the Sun TV channel! (Oh.... right.... never mind)

Sideline the conservatives the way they have sidelined us.
