These people are victims of a world view that casts them as victims. Just because it's all made up doesn't lessen their pain, nor lessen the risk that a few of them will become incredibly violent. "It's all in your head" has never really worked as a therapy.

There's a global propaganda machine implemented through the internet. Some of it is random and some is very intentional. The outcome is terrible for democracy and human society.
