responsibility to deal with it and that person is Rep. Omar.

She can speak for herself.

Sen. Kobluchar should do her best to stay out of this controversy. If pressed she can simply say the she accepts the sincerity of Rep. Omar's apology. It isn't Sen. Koblachur's job to defend her.
