From what I have read of Loeffler, she's probably the best we could hope for from KKKemp.

She is considered to be an abortion supporter, if not exuberant about it. She's on the Board of Grady Hospital, which is an important health care facility in Georgia.

Most importantly, the white wingers are ticked.
