DE US Senator Tom Carper is going to announce tommorow his 2024 US Senate re-election plans. If Carper decides not to seek re-election, At Large DE US Representative Lisa Blunt Rochester is favored to succeed Carper in the US Senate if she decides to run. Blunt Rochester is a black female.
