2. Did Russ get national help in 2016 like Catherine(NV),Maggie(NH),and Katie(PA) got?

Ron Kind should have ran for the seat in 2016 instead of a Russ Feingold/Ron Johnson rematch.
This would have made Ron Johnson a one termer.
