arrest them. Arkansas cat have it both ways. If they want an additional seat to Congress they need to attract and retain new residents.

They are trying to increase their population numbers the I'd fashioned way, through forced pregnancies and banned abortions. The state has also made sure that their unlivable wage structure, poor education system, lack of healthcare, a militarized police force and lack of social services make it an undesirable place for newcomers. The are anti immigrant as well... What's not to love?

As I to make up for all their shortcomings they want to lower the bar for everyone else and drag other states down to their level rather than change a thing.
