9. For appearance, I like the "Dark Fox" skin.

I like when windows are generally darker in color.

Try googling "Dark Fox."

System restore has to be both enabled and configured for specific drives. If it's broken, you might have to reinstall Windows.

When it's a problem, usually it's because it's turned off.

I have a love-hate relationship with Windows. But, ever since Win 10, it's been more hate.
