YouTubeinmp4 can download youtube videos and convert them to MP4. Only you need to do open google and enter https://www.convertinmp4.com/ and then copy and paste the video url you want to download.
But it can't handle high quality youtube video so if you expect 1080p videos and higher one, you can try this tool: http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/youtubeinmp4-downloader.html
Yet you need to download this downloader on your pc firstly.
