7. FireFox/Mozilla has an anonymous file sharing service.

The emphasis is on privacy, so the file is deleted after it is downloaded or after 24 hours expire. That may not work for your needs, but I trust Mozilla - not so sure about other anonymous file sharing sites out there.

I normally use DropBox. Of course, they do require that you register with a valid email address, but the basic service is free and they don't annoy too much with trying to up sell.

ETA: You as an uploader need to create an account with DropBox to store files on their server. You can create a link that will allow anyone to download the file - without needing an account.
