Facetime is an Apple product. There is a way to generate a link that an Android user may use, but the call will need to be initiated by an iphone user:

Alternatively, there are conferencing apps which do not care what operating system you use. These include Skype, Whatsapp and Google Meet. To use any of them, each person will need to install the corresponding app and set up a user account.
