I’m not booting into safe mode, I believe. I start the computer and press the Windows key + F and it gives me a few menu choices that I can use to get to the "DOS prompt". But when I try to get their, it asks me for the command password.

When I tried CHKDDK from the command prompt, within Windows, it said that the drive was busy.
