Okay. I found that section and tapped the about thing. It says "When the private browsing...

...feature is enabled" yadda yadda. Please don't ask for a direct quote, as moving from this spot makes me have to log back in.

Basically, they are pleased to tell you what it does but not the name of the appropriate switch to turn it off and on.

I'll keep trying. You guys are helpful.
