I have not done this, but this looks promising:

If you’ve received an encrypted message from an organization that uses Microsoft Office 365 Message Encryption, you can sign in with a Microsoft account or with the work or school account you use with Office 365 to view your message. If you don’t have a Microsoft account, you can follow this procedure to create one.
