16. Well, Ubuntu 10.04 (LTS) is coming to its end of life

so I'm probably going to move to Mint 13 (LTS) which will be supported until 2017. I've carried Mint for years as my emergency boot OS on my thumb drive because I like that it has built-in codec support which is kinda nice for a rescue disk.

I didn't care for Gnome 3 and I hate Unity so I will probably go with Mate but will keep an eye on Cinnamon. Mostly, I just want stability.
