Video (youtube, etc..) downloader and to MP3 converter [View all]

Looking for freeware to convert online posted videos to an audio file (MP3, etc..).

The ones I have found are integrated in the browser and track data, history, etc...I want a DL/Converter that will not track me or record my internet activity.

Win XP Pro and Google Chrome.
