Obama is not stymied by caution, she. A "cautious" PBO wouldn't have gone after bin laden. He's focused and determined and makes sure he has his ducks in a row. They've been working on this for two years.
They should take a look at his history since being CIC and not waste so much time looking for angle of why this a big defeat for him. lol btw
