In 2022- Democrats have to defend AZ- assuming they win it in 2020 special election, CA,CO,CT,HI,IL,MD,NV,NH,NY,OR,VT,and WA.
Democrats will hold onto CA,CT,HI,IL,MD,NY,OR,VT,and WA by a low double digit/landslide margin. Democrats will hold onto CO,NV,and NH by a high single/low double digit margin. Democrats will hold onto AZ by a narrow/high single digit margin.
Democrats could pick up
FL- Gillum-D
GA- McBath-D
IA- Finkenauer-D
NC- Jackson-D
OH- Ryan-D
PA- Lamb-D
WI- Pocan-D

In 2020- Democrats have to defend AL,DE,IL,MA,MI,MN,NH,NJ,NM,OR,RI,and VA.
Democrats will hold onto DE,IL,MA,NJ,NM,OR,and RI by a low double digit/landslide margin. Democrats will hold onto MI,MN,NH,and VA by a high single/low double digit margin. AL is the only seat Democrats are likely to lose.
Democrats could pick up
AZ special- Gallego-D
CO- Neguse-D
GA- Abrams-D
IA- Axne-D
ME- Susan Rice-D
NC- Anthony Foxx-D
TX- Joaquin Castro-D
