was Trump's game all along. He boots the CR problem to the incoming Democratic Congress and then threatens to veto whatever they try to enact. People will see the new Congress as ineffective. He pontificates on how Democrats are against border security. Over riding a veto will be extremely difficult. It is a high speed game of chicken where the American people are on the center line.
