15. Mark Sanford and Vito Fossella, both adulterers.

Sanford didn't resign, finished his term as Governor, later won a Republican House primary and is now back in Congress.

I think he's married the Argentine woman with whom he was cheating on his wife, but I'm not sure.

(My favorite line about Sanford: "It's not enough the Republicans commit adultery, now they're outsourcing it?&quot

Fossella was such a strong supporter of family values that he had two families, one back in New York and one in the D.C. area, with of course two different women. He didn't resign, either.
