I'd never heard of this sandwich before.. but, I have now! Is not Pita bread one of the best ways to eat a sammy.. or what!

that Calve garlic sauce sounds good and handy.. the humous and tahini in the recipe from the article sound delicious, too. Had humous last night on Manna bread with poi.
