but I couldn't give a shit less about politics right now, and what people I don't even know or care to know have to say about that on twitter. Obama picked Kerry to be SoS. Kerry took the job and all it entails. I'm also pretty sure that Kerry did not advocate circumventing congressional approval. If anything, he would have advised the President to seek a vote before going in.
