17. I'd thought Obama had already come to appreciate Joe -- that was 2013.

Initially he was kind of jerky to Joe, then Joe talked to him and essentially said knock it off (remember that?) and after that it was like they were BFFs. I was STUNNED when he did that interview. I have no idea where he's at now. If Joe does run, I could almost see Obama declining to endorse anyone, even though historically the POTUS endorses his Veep.

Well, I've got to stop getting pissed about it NOW. The interview is long over and we do't even know if Joe is going to make the move, so I can save my rage for later.
