Has anyone used PODS for a move? Did you read their contract? [View all]

They don't seem to have any responsibility for anything. I've put off signing the agreement while my insurance agent checks the fine print of my homeowners' policy. I also asked her to find a policy to cover in-transit damages.

I'm interested if you have used their services.
