Although boys kill themselves far more frequently than girls there are still too many girls killing themselves. And male bullying is usually pretty easily to identify and stop (we don't, but if we chose to it would be simple as it's typically overt and physical).

Female bullying is far more insidious. It's easy to break up a fist fight. How do you break up month/year long campaigns of psychological abuse that often never contain any physical component? Of course the first step would be to acknowledge that girls can be just as vicious and cruel as boys and that bullying isn't a male-only domain. This is something a large group of people have based their careers around denying. So that could be problematic.

Neither is it helpful to just tell the victims that they are the unfortunate victims of girls who have simply internalized the twisted mentality of the Patriarchy.


May as well blame demonic possession. Both are equally based in reality.
