3. I think I have mentioned here that my elderly father was abused...to death.

Old, weak and with a bad heart, she (his 2nd wife, 3o+ years his junior) knocked him down and broke his shoulder. She left him all night to lie in urine on the floor.

We were somewhat estranged but the next morning, the wife called my older brother to come pick him up and take care of him.

The next 6 months were vain attempts at rehabilitation. He never really recovered.

It was murder, in my opinion. Serious abuse at the least. One can only wonder how OFTEN that story repeats itself with no one knowing because men are ashamed to admit that they are being abused.
