Since it is just my partner and me, I end up with lots of leftovers. Thankfully, he loves leftovers (I have to be in the right mood). I am branching out to different things, but my staples are Cajun foods (jambalaya, red beans and rice, jalapeño cornbread, and rich desserts). I also like to make pot pies, and Jewish penicillin (chicken soup). I also make a killer Chocolate Bourbon pecan pie.
