For those wanting context, the ridiculous assertion was made towards this group

from a regular participant of a more male-focused group on DU.

Next step a big GD thread asserting this is the reigning philosophy of this group. As Mark Twain so adeptly stated, "A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes".
