3. The best advice I can give

is probably the same stuff you've already heard, so I don't know how much help this will be.

1) If you've gotten comfortable talking to your male friends, then talk to women the same way you talk to them. You don't need to get fancy.
2) Act like you. Don't try to peacock it or to be what you think they want to see. Just be you, as much as nervousness will allow.
3) Keep your expectations on a realistic level. Not every woman is going to be interested in you, and the first one to catch your interest probably won't be The One. Expect a certain amount of misses before you get hits.

Beyond that there's no way to generalize, because every woman's going to have her different idea of what's important in a partner. You are some woman's idea of a good partner. Keep that idea in the front of your mind. Good luck.
